I lead the design process for software products in Financial Institutions, Higher Education, and Healthcare sectors. I work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to establish and implement product strategy. I look for opportunities for research initiatives to gather user insights, understand user needs, and test design solutions. I conduct usability testing, user interviews, and other research techniques to guide design improvements. I make iterative UI design enhancements to ensure high-quality user experiences that meet complex business requirements and user needs.
